Do I need an appointment?
Yes. We only see guests by appointment: book online, on WhatsApp at +52 33 2348 7944 or by calling +52 33 3044 8113.
Do you ask for a deposit?
Yes, 20% of the list price to secure your booking (50% on public holidays). You pay the rest on the day of your visit.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes, at least 24 hours in advance. Bookings made less than 24 hours ahead cannot be changed or cancelled.
Do you offer couples treatments?
Yes. We have a double treatment room and six packages for two, from 90 to 180 minutes.
Will my therapist be a man or a woman?
Our team includes both men and women, so it could be either. If you have a preference, let us know when you book on WhatsApp.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash, and Visa, Mastercard and American Express debit and credit cards.
