To give you the service you deserve, please keep the following in mind.
About your appointment
Please arrive 10 to 5 minutes before your appointment so we can start on time. We wait up to 5 minutes; after that, your treatment time is shortened out of respect for the following appointments.
To book your appointment you pay a 20% deposit of the total price. If your appointment falls on a public holiday, the deposit is 50%. Ask about the payment options available.
The deposit is based on the list price of the treatment. If you have a discount or special price, it is applied when you pay for your treatment.
About changes and cancellations
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you must let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
For cancellations with a deposit refund, we deduct the fee charged by the payment method you used.
Appointments booked less than 24 hours in advance cannot be changed or cancelled.
About Planes Consentido (memberships)
Each time you change or cancel late one of the prepaid treatments in your Plan Consentido, it counts as if you had used half of that treatment.
About gift certificates
Our gift certificates are valid for 3 months from purchase. If they are not used in that time, they can be reactivated for a fee of 50% of their value, up to 1 month after expiry. After that date they are no longer valid.
