Hours and availability

Our regular hours at Hotel Morales are Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Services outside these hours carry an overtime fee.

A service that starts or ends outside regular hours is charged as overtime. Please check prices and availability with the Concierge, or message us on WhatsApp.

Deposit

The service is formally booked with a 50% deposit, paid at the Hotel Morales Concierge. If the Concierge is not available, message us on WhatsApp for other payment options. Until the deposit is paid, the appointment is not formally booked.

Punctuality

Your Paxio therapist will arrive on time. After 5 minutes of waiting, your service time starts to decrease, but the time originally requested is charged in full. If you have an extra-time promotion, it is reduced by the same amount as the delay.

Cancellations and changes

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please let us know at least 4 hours in advance. Otherwise it is considered a late change and Paxio keeps the 50% deposit.

Appointments booked 4 hours or less in advance cannot be cancelled or rescheduled.

Changing the length of your massage

If you want a longer massage and your therapist confirms it does not affect the following appointments, we extend it and adjust the fee.

If you ask to shorten it just before starting, the originally agreed fee is charged.

We do not offer massages shorter than 60 minutes. If you choose to shorten a 60-minute massage, the 60-minute fee is charged.
