To provide the service you deserve, we appreciate you consider the following.
REGARDING YOUR APPOINTMENT:
In order to start on time, please arrive 10 to 5 minutes before the scheduled time. We have a five-minute tolerance. After 5 minutes of waiting, the service time will start to decrease out of respect for the following appointments.
In order to book an appointment, you have to pay the 20% of the total price as a down payment. If the appointment is scheduled on a holiday, the service will be booked with a 50% down payment. Please ask for the different payment options we have at your disposal.
The down payment will be made based on the treatment list price. If you are deserving of a discount or a special price, they will be taken into consideration when paying the total treatment price.
REGARDING RESCHEDULES OR CANCELLATIONS:
In order to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you must notify Paxio at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
In all cancellations that apply for a down payment refund, we will discount the charged commission via the method you used for payment.
There will be no reschedules or cancellations for appointments booked less than 24 hours in advance.
REGARDING OUT OF TIME CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULES IN PLANES CONSENTIDO (memberships):
For every time you cancel or reschedule out of time for an already paid treatment in your PLAN CONSENTIDO, it will be considered as if you have already received half of the treatment.
REGARDING OUR GIFT CERTIFICATES:
Our Gift Certificates are valid for 3 months as of their purchase. If the person you gift it to, doesn't use it during its validity period, he/she can reactivate it by paying a reactivation charge of 50% of the certificate’s total value, as far as 1 month after the Gift Certificate has expired. After this time, the certificate loses all validity.
