To provide the service you deserve, we appreciate you consider the following.

ABOUT YOUR APPOINTMENT:

We appreciate you arriving 10 to 5 minutes before the scheduled time, to start on time. Our tolerance is of 5 minutes, from that moment the time of your treatment will be reduced out of respect for the appointments that follow.

To schedule your appointment, an advance of 20% on the total must be paid. When it is scheduled on a holiday, the advance to pay is of 50%. Ask about the different advance payment options available to you.

The advance will be made based on the list price of the treatment. If there is a discount or special price, it will be considered when paying off your treatment.

In case you need to reschedule your appointment, the deadline is until 1pm of the previous business day to do so; otherwise, you lose your advance.

Once the advance is paid, you can change your appointment up to 2 times. After 2 changes, it will no longer be possible to change your appointment.

ABOUT CANCELATIONS OR LATE CHANGES IN PLANES CONSENTIDO

For every time you late change or cancel one of your treatments, in your already paid PLAN CONSENTIDO, it will be considered as if you had taken half of it.

ABOUT OUR GIFT CERTIFICATES:

Gift certificates purchase will continue to be made through deposit and/or bank transfer or direct purchase at our facilities. Our Gift Certificates are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. If the recipient does not make it valid during that term, it can be reactivated by paying a reactivation fee of 50% on the value of the certificate up to 1 month after its expiration. After this date, the certificate loses its validity.
